| Besides working every day in our Real Estate Practice, Dan was personally appointed by Governor Gregoire to serve as Washington State Real Estate Commissioner from 2007 to 2013. Dan was elected by his peers, to lead them as President of the Seattle/King County Association of Realtors in 2005 and he was chosen as "Realtor Of The Year" for the entire King County Region twice. Today, Dan serves on both the State and National Board of Directors for the Realtor Association. and works closely with The Governor, City Councilmembers, State Legislators, and US Congress members to preserve your property rights, keep your property-related taxes under control, and to make affordable housing available to Washington residents, at all income levels.
